Term Life provides insurance coverage for a specific period of time. It will pay benefits only if you die in the specified term. Term Life can be set up for one to twenty years. Once that specified time is up you can renew the coverage, but the premium rates may go up. You'll receive a better rate by showing proof of insurance at that time.
